Honestly, just get one. So much fun.
I bought this Lion's Mane kit for the kids, not really expecting much. I kill every plant I own, so my hopes weren't high.
But this thing was different. The instructions are basically foolproof. The kids were obsessed, checking on it every morning before school. And watching it actually grow that fast was pretty cool.
The best part, though? Sautéed it with a little butter and garlic. That's it. And it tasted... unreal. Seriously, like something you'd pay a lot of money for at a nice restaurant. If you're on the fence, just do it. It's fun, the kids love it, and you get an amazing meal out of it. We're getting the oyster one next.
